Deleted immediately and permanently: profile (name, photo, country), accumulated minutes, streaks, points and cards, every session record (including camera-derived numeric scores and watch heart-rate readings), all journal entries, your conversations with nak (including what it remembered), your territory on the map, missions, any problem reports you filed and their screenshots, friends list and friend code (and your entry in other people’s friends lists), uploaded photos, and the sign-in account itself. No additional retention period; nothing recoverable.

We keep: records of nak pass purchases (date, amount, the store’s reference number), as accounting and tax law requires, with no name, email or profile attached; and app-wide statistics (such as how many people sat on a given day), which may still contain your random account id, though nothing remains that says who it was. If you are a partner venue, your order and your venue’s pillar stay under that agreement.
